Warranties
Our limited warranty covers the materials and workmanship of the entire Total Door system for two and a half (2 1/2) years from the ship date or two (2) years from the installation date, whichever occurs first.
Individual components have their own warranty coverage, as follows:
- Door Bodies: Two (2) years
- Electrical Components: Two (2) years
- Locks: Mortise lock bodies and push/pull mechanisms Q289SA, M22SA and M24SA are covered for the lifetime of the original installation
- Exit Devices: P16SA panic buttons are covered for the lifetime of the original installation
- Hanger Rods: H17, H50, and H30 hanger devices in standard black or white are covered for the lifetime of the original installation
- Retainers: R12SA retainers are covered for the lifetime of the original installation
- Flush Panic Actuators: PF221B flush panic actuators with X35 screws are covered for the lifetime of the original installation
- Hinges: H-13 hinges are covered for the lifetime of the original installation
- Closers: Total Door closers carry a 10-year warranty
- Painting verticals in the field will invalidate the warranty
Complete written warranties are available upon request. Installation must be performed by a factory-certified installer or all warranties are void. Other conditions may apply.
