Architectural Film vs. Veneer

Veneers header

At Total Door we have turned our focus to the use of architectural film over veneers. This gives architects really good design options that offer better quality. When we use architectural film instead of veneers, it increases the efficiency of our manufacturing process, helping keep costs down. The use of these films also adds to our ongoing efforts to increase sustainability and lower our carbon footprint.

Architectural film is easier to apply, costs less, creates less waste in its application and lasts longer. They give our doors a natural, authentic look which is resistant to water, dirt and has less wear and tear. They don’t require special chemicals to maintain it, which means green, environmentally-friendly cleaners can be used.

We have 95.2% On-Time Delivery!

While so many manufacturers are experiencing significantly longer lead times and delayed shipments, often due to global supply chain issues, we are proud to say Total Door has a 95.2 percent on-time delivery record.

How do we do it? It could be because we have strong relationships with our local supply base. It could be because we have efficient processes in place and work hard on continuous improvement. Or it could be we just have awesome people who go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and done on time. It’s all that and more!

We’re proud of it, but it is also something that you can use the next time you are talking to a client. It is a high standard the competition will have a hard time matching up to!
