Emma Mae Veloso

Emma Mae Veloso is an engineer at Total Door with a wide berth of responsibility – from digital work instruction development to process improvements to quality, certification testing, and even research and development. Emma excels at spotting process issues and developing practical, long-term solutions. Currently, she is methodically helping lead major process improvement projects in each department at Total Door. The approach has not only helped fuel her interest in operations, but helped team building as each improvement project involves learning from front-line team members as subject experts.

"I am proud to work for a company that is always improving and innovating product and process. … Through the process improvement work I am doing right now, I am gaining hands-on experience in operations and leadership, and my goal is to be exposed to all aspects of the business."
– Emma Mae Veloso

Erika Martin

Erika Martin is a project manager at Total Door, overseeing and managing equipment projects as well as process improvements and upgrades to existing systems. Coming to Total Door Systems [insert number of years] ago with 11 years of automotive manufacturing experience under her belt, Erika had already held roles in purchasing, parts assembly and machining, and tooling setups. She is currently helping lead the effort to modernize pieces of Total Door Systems’ manufacturing line, along with several major pieces of equipment key to automizing parts of its award-winning process.

Becky Sajewski

Becky Sajewski’s role as Materials Manager has never been an easy one, but her direction of Total Door’s raw material supply chain, and support with quality assurance and process improvements has become critical in today’s fast-changing environment. Becky’s deep experience in operations and managing supply chains at a Tier One automotive supplier [verify – Tier One or OEM?] gave her a front row seat on creating structure and reliability with partners operating in sometimes chaotic marketplaces. Currently Becky is ensuring Total Door continues its nearly perfect on-time delivery rate by keeping raw material inventories in check, but long term, she’s focused on improving operational processes that help Total Door, and the team, grow and thrive into the future.
