“I believe all of our sales rep agencies should have a couple of folks attend the Sales and Installation training at Total Door as a refresher once a year or every couple of years,” said Sam Haggard of Southwest Architectural Sales in Celina, Texas. “I truly think that it would help them see the benefits of the product to go back and see the factory again.”
“It was better than the class we went through five or six years ago, and it was definitely a very much needed refresher,” he said. “The installation portion, being on the front end of the seminar and then having the sales portion at the end, was perfect.”
“I come from an installation and technical background,” said Sam, “but I think, to sell a product, you’ve got to really understand how all the parts and pieces work together.”
