Product Knowledge Webinars Launch in October

We asked distributors their top training requests, and overwhelmingly, their response was product knowledge. Starting in October, Candace Kitchen will be presenting once monthly, half-hour webinars that give an overview on the information they will need to know about our integrated door systems and world-class service.

The webinars are an excellent way to introduce distributors and customers to our product, and a great way for your team members to brush up on Total Door Systems.

Candace will be sending invitations with links to join via email, so please check your inbox and add an upcoming session to your calendar!

Architect Leads at Your Fingertips

Architect Leads header

The next time you log into the Total Door Systems partner portal, you will notice an addition – a customized list of architect leads in your territory. The list, derived from architects who registered to take one of our AIA continuing education courses on the AEC Daily platform, is updated after every webinar.

Total Door Systems remains the number one provider of architect continuing education classes on the platform, so the list is a valuable resource, complete with the full names and contact information of each architect that registered for a course. You can indicate follow up status for each contact directly on the page or download the complete list for use on your organization’s CRM or customer pipeline files. We will send you an email notification each time the list is updated, so you don’t miss opportunities to follow up with interested architects.

Over time, additional data points and qualified leads will be added to your Partner Portal pages, so log in regularly to see updates and to take advantage of these important resources.

Total Door Featured for Life-Saving Initiative

Total Door Systems was in the news for a life-saving initiative that helps to supply Ukrainians with tourniquets during wartime. Patricia Yulkowski was interviewed to advocate for Project DIAMOnD, an effort led by regional nonprofit Automation Alley that leverages the 3D printing power of 300 Michigan manufacturers to print tourniquet buckle parts for assembly and delivery to Ukraine.

New Leads Page

New Leads Page

Work on your sales portal leads page is nearly complete, and our pilot testing of the leads program has launched. When launched company wide, you will be able to find your architect leads from the AIA webinars on your portal page upon completion of your partner login.

You will be able to manage these leads in several ways – assign them to someone on your team for follow up, export them to a CSV file for management in your CRM, or you can simply store them on your portal page and indicate their status with a drop-down menu and notes box.

We will let you know when the leads program is active on all portal pages, and we’ll be providing a step-by-step guide on how to use it to manage your information.
