Updated Sales Portal

Our Sales Partner Portal has received a glow up! The new layout provides access to key tools such as the CRM, DoorBuilder, and your leads list at the top of the page. We have also streamlined access to AIA presentations, product knowledge, marketing materials, and other bulletins, files, and documents. 

You do not need to do anything to receive the updated design and your login will stay the same. We will be adding additional branding and downloadable marketing materials to an online “brand box” for your 24/7 use. 

Please let us know if there are additional tools or resources that would be helpful to host in the partner portal. We’re looking forward to hearing from you.

You do not need to do anything to receive the updated design and your login will stay the same. But you should expect to see new tips and ideas on how to make the best use of the data and tools available on the portal page. 

The changes to the Sales Partner Portal will be complete by January 2024. 

Updates to AIA Leads List

Along with updates to our sales partner portal, you were contacted by Candace Kitchen regarding an update to the AIA webinar leads list that appears in your partner portal.

We will complete necessary updates to the leads list by Friday, February 16, and want to give you a heads up on what you can expect to see.

The leads list provides a current list of architects and designers who registered for our ongoing set of AIA continuing education webinars. That will not change. But over time we have collected nearly 10,000 contacts, which has created too many duplicate contact records and some irreparable inefficiencies in the system.

Moving forward, we will be removing contacts from the leads list that are older than six months and removing the “notes” column from the database. 

Most of you will notice little to no change in the list that you see when you login to the partner portal. But we encourage you to download your leads list on a regular basis to retain your contacts and to manage in your CRM or leads management system. 

We thank you for your help and support in keeping the leads list healthy and relevant in 2024.
